Our weightlifting program is designed for athletes that want to compete in the sport of weightlifting. This program will develop your strength, explosive power and technique necessary to excel in the snatch and clean & jerk. You'll need basic weightlifting equipment (squat stand, Olympic weightlifting bar, bumper plates and ideally pull / jerk blocks).
