Yes. If you'd like to change programs in the middle of your term please email info@athleticlab.online and tell us which program you'd like to begin.

IS THIS THE SAME PROGRAMMING YOU USE WITH YOUR ELITE ON-SITE ATHLETES?

Your program incorporates the same training philosophies, means and methods that we use at Athletic Lab with our on-site athletes. There will be differences based on equipment availability and facility limitations but your program is otherwise very much the same as what we use with our elite and professional athletes.

DO I NEED TO ADD ANYTHING TO THIS PROGRAMMING?

The program is compete as is to meet the stated goals of the program. We do not recommend adding any additional training to what is already in the program. Recovery is critical to get the most out of your training and adding additional training could compromise the training effect.

HOW LONG WILL EACH TRAINING SESSION BE?

The time to complete each day's training will range from 75 minutes to 2.5 hours. The exact timing of each day's training is dependent on the program and the day.
