We have several layers of individualization within each of our programs. Some programs have more individualization than others and this is reflected in the price of the program. Individualization occurs as a result of the following (not all apply to all programs):

  • Tests and assessments that guide and drive subsequent training
  • Percentage based loading in the weight room
  • Programmed auto-regulation and autonomy of the program
  • Weekly checkins with your coach. Your coach will provide video analysis, feedback, tips, and substitutes when necessary
  • Private Facebook group support
